How are scales selected for my needs?
Scales are matched to the weighing needs of the customer's application. We'll help you select the right scale for your needs. The scale selection process depends on the total number of load cells, product being weighed, capacity and throughput of the weight system and other relevant factors. A well engineered weigh system will always test well within the tolerances quoted.

How easy is it to get up and running?
Very easy, we find that most of our users have a good grasp of the operation within 15 to 30 minutes of first switching on. We offer full turnkey installation, training and service. For many projects, Shamrock has installed, calibrated and certified the system and been fully operational within 30 days of receiving the order.

What if service is required?
Shamrock Scale provides preventative maintenance and calibrations to minimize these occurances, but when necessity requires it, Shamrock Scale's technicians are backed up by our comprehensive spare parts inventory and factory training. Our hourly rates are an excellent value, we also offer extended warranties and service contracts to suit a wide range of customer needs.
